Every Tuesday Morning
8:30 AM Hatha Flow
The multi-talented Brittany Greer teaches a morning Hatha Flow and afternoon Vinyasa class, every Wednesday in our yoga hall. The morning class is a gentle flow to start your morning, or get a little bit of sweat moving with the afternoon vinyasa class. Both classes are expertly taught to allow yogi’s of all skill level!

Join Collette this summer for a weekend of mindful movement, community connection, time in nature and plenty of rest in the Hill Country. Classes will be all-level and are 100% optional; this will be your weekend away to do as you like within the framework provided that will include yoga, sound healing, journalling, guided meditation and more.
Rest Fest was created by Camila Matos and Collette Ouseley-Moynan with the intention of slowing down, learning tools to regulate the nervous system and taking an intentional step back from the distractions and busy-ness of our daily lives. Rest is not something earned – it is necessary for your wellness (body, mind and spirit!)
